Setup Custom domain in Amazon Lightsail with Cloudflare manged domain

In Amazon Lightsail > setup Custom domain > Create certificate

set certificate name:

Specify domain or subdomain

Wait a few minutes for AWS to gather the validation details.

Validation is in pending status. We need to create CNAME DNS record with following "Name" and "Value".

I use Cloudflare's DNS service. I add the CNAME as following

After we add the CNAME record, we have no ways to trigger the validation process manually. Leave it and wait for hours.

Certificate available now. Click "attach".

A reminder to update DNS records. 

We are going to create another CNAME record with this domain as the value.

Create CNAME record for the subdomain testing.xxxx.xxx
