Symantec Endpoint Encryption (SEE) 7.0.3 - Fatal error has occured - 0x80000001

上午有user report 開機入唔到Windows, 停在 Symantec Endpoint Encryption 的PE 畫面並顯示以下訊息:
"Fatal error has occured. Machine will need to be restarted. Brief description: The application returned a status of [0x80000001] in the state State_Initialized."
下面只有一個"Restart Computer"按鍵，按後會reboot 並再出現相同畫面。

最直接令user 可進入Windows 的方法是利用Symantec 的 SEE Recover Program CD 進行Decryption。
今次Decryption 需時約1小時，實際視乎硬碟資料容量。
